• Check-in: Check-in time is at or after 2pm. Early check-in is based upon availability. Guests are required to settle full payment for the stay and pay an upfront security deposit of RM 100. Upon check-out, the management will check for damages / loss during your stay. If all is in order, the security deposit will be fully refunded.

• Check-out: Guests check-out times is at or before 12pm.

• A deposit of RM 100 will be charged upon booking. Deposit will be forfeited for any cancellation or postponement of booking dates.

​

• All guests must provide host information at the time of making a reservation.

​

• Cancellation policy: Please cancel reservation at least 5 days prior to your scheduled arrival date to avoid 30% charge from your deposit.

​

• Maximum 9 person. Additional guest up to 3 person only and will be charged RM10 each but no extra bed is provided. Guest can bring own sleeping bag.

• House guest will be held responsible for any damages made to the furniture, electrical appliances and utensils.

​

• House guests are advice to maintain decency and respect neighbor. To ensure a quiet and comfortable stay, loud noise and karaoke activity is not permitted in the house.

• Pets and Smoking is strictly prohibited in the house.

​

• House guests are not allow to wear shoes inside the house and throw any unrelated item into toilet bowl.

​

• House guest must take good care of their belongings. the Management will not be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred.

​

• House guests are not allow to bring visitors. If necessary, the visitors may only remain in the house's main living hall. This is to ensure the privacy of the other house guests and the safety of their personal belongings.

• In case of violation of the above regulations or misconduct as deemed to cause others' inconveniences or discomfort, the Management reserves the right to ask the guest to leave.
